Why We Built Exemption.Land

We started in the Texas land industry. Title research, mineral rights, parcel mapping. After helping hundreds of landowners navigate property records, we kept hearing the same complaint: "Why is filing an ag exemption so complicated?"

Every county has different forms, different intensity standards, different deadlines for wildlife management plan submissions. A landowner in Travis County needs completely different documentation than one in Refugio County.
