We started in the Texas land industry. Title research, mineral rights, parcel mapping. After helping hundreds of landowners navigate property records, we kept hearing the same complaint: "Why is filing an ag exemption so complicated?"
Every county has different forms, different intensity standards, different deadlines for wildlife management plan submissions. A landowner in Travis County needs completely different documentation than one in Refugio County. And if you get it wrong, you're looking at rollback taxes: five years of back taxes plus 7% annual interest.
So we built a platform that takes the guesswork out of it. Our mapping technology already has soil composition, vegetation density, and topographic data for every parcel in Texas.
