Do I have to pay to register for early access?

No. Registration is completely free. You just hold your spot and lock in the founding member rate for when we launch.

What's the difference between Self-Service and Full Service?

Self-Service gives you all the tools, guides, and checklists to file on your own. Full Service means we prepare the entire application for you, including wildlife management plans and soil documentation. You just review and sign.

What does the Service Agent plan include?

Everything in Full Service, plus we act as your representative with the appraisal district, handle all renewals, monitor compliance automatically, and connect you with biologists for wildlife management exemptions.

Are founding member rates really locked in for life?

Yes. If you register during early access, your rate stays the same as long as your account is active. Standard pricing will be higher once we launch publicly.

Do you charge per property?
